This event is a continuation of successful previous conferences and workshops (the Spine Update) and part of the ongoing collaboration between the Saudi Spine Society (SSS) and the Saudi Association of Neurological Surgery (SANS).
The First day (December 16th, 2021) of the event will be dedicated to hands-on spine surgery workshop on fresh cadavers.
The second day (December 17″, 2021) theme is ” Challenges in the surgical management of spine disease”. The case forum will involve interactive case discussions that span different spine pathologies

Complex Surgical Approach To The Skull Base
16–18 December 2021
New York City – USA
This intimate 3-day dissection-centered course forces on complex skull base approaches.
All material is presented in an immersive 3D format . Participating surgeons work at 3-D interactive cadaver workstations, where they watch cadaveric dissections and review surgical anatomy in 3D before and during their own dissection.
The combination of the 3-D virtual reality environment and the cadaveric hands-on dissection affords surgeons excellent preoperative training and rehearsal of current, complex approaches in cranial base surgery.
