The 18th Asian Australasian Congress of Neurological Surgeons (AACNS 2026) will take place in Manila, Philippines, from June 15–18, 2026. The congress will be held together with the 17th Asian-Oceanian International Congress on Skull Base Surgery (AOICSBS) and the 21st ASEAN Congress of Neurological Surgery. Pre-congress workshops are scheduled for June 13–14, 2026.

Welcome to The Philippine Skull Base Masterclass: Advanced Open and Endoscopic Dissection Course , which will be held on June 9–11, 2026 in Manila, Philippines.

This course is an official Pre-Congress Course of the AACNS 2026.

Course Objective

To provide neurosurgeons with comprehensive, hands-on training in advanced skull base approaches, enhancing anatomical knowledge, surgical technique, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Course Format

A three-day cadaveric dissection course featuring 10 stations (20 participants and up to 2 observers per station). Participants will perform both microscopic and endoscopic skull base approaches under expert guidance from local and international faculty.

Laval Skull Base Hands-On Course 2026

Laval University Open and Endoscopic Skull Base Hands-On Course

3 -5 June 2026
Québec City  – Canada

The ULNIL supports and organizes the Université Laval Skull Base Hands-on Course, an annual event open to Neurosurgeons, ENT and senior residents in both specialties. During this 3-days course, participants will learn via formal lectures and cadaveric hands-on dissections from both local and renowned international invited faculty.

 

The program encompasses the main anterolateral skull base approaches ( FTOZ, anterior petrosal, etc), a full day on expended endoscopic endonasal approaches and a full day on keyhole & endoscopic transorbital approaches. A unique endonasal CSF leak reconstruction model will also be available for participants to try during the endoscopic endonasal day.
