We are delighted to welcome you to the 8th Masterclass – Endoscopic Skull Base Dissection Course. Once more we have the pleasure of having with us an outstanding international faculty to teach, guide and amaze us.

Lectures will cover both the basic principles, anatomy  as well as the latest developments of endoscopic skull base surgery.

More than 10 hours of fresh-frozen cadaveric dissections provide an excellent opportunity for participants to get hands-on experience and update their knowledge of endoscopic skull base anatomy and approaches.

Each participant station will have high quality endoscopes, tools, neuronavigation, high speeds drills and suction systems to simulate operation room settings.

We invite you cordially to the traditional 9th Prague Microanatomic Hands-on Dissection Course. The workshop is a two-day event with intensive teaching of brain bypasses and transtemporal approaches.

The first day is devoted to lectures on indications, surgical techniques and possible complications presented by the world’s leading experts in vascular neurosurgery and skull base surgery.

The next day you will train microsurgical bypasses and
transtemporal approaches on special realistic specimens that are very beneficial for your further training.

8th INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL
TRANSNASAL ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY: FROM SINUSES TO SKULL BASE

JUNE 6-10, 2022   BRESCIA – ITALY 

Aim of this course, which is now in its eighth edition, is to offer an overview of the applications of transnasal endoscopic surgery, starting from simple procedures performed under local anesthesia to more extensive operations adopted for inflammatory disease, benign and malignant sinonasal tumors, sellar and parasellar lesions, as well as other neoplastic and malformative skull base pathologies.

The first three days will be dedicated to the endoscopic endonasal dissection of injected, fresh frozen specimens. At the Gross Anatomy Laboratory of the University of Brescia .

The following two days will be dedicated to live surgery, with three running operating rooms, in which different operations will be shown and discussed step by step.

Five intense days are awaiting for you with the chance of interacting directly and informally with world experts in the field.

Only 18 places are available for the full course, including attendance to the hands-on section.
